A recently leaked report contradicted the official final OPCW report on the alleged chemical attack in Douma 2018. The leaked report indicated no attack had occurred: the final OPCW report clearly indicated an attack had occurred syriapropagandamedia.org/working-papers…. We now know more:-
1) On the 28 May OPCW Director General confirmed the leaked Henderson report was an 'internal document', used as part of 'serious and professional debates' and that 'all available information was examined, weighed and deliberated' opcw.org/sites/default/…
2) The Director General also confirmed Henderson was part of the FFM, 'tasked with temporarily assisting the FFM with information collection'. This confirms the OPCW originally issued a false statement claiming Henderson had nothing to do with the FFM. @RealDeeptiC @braha_seb
3) The Director General also claims that three 'external experts' all agreed that an attack had occurred. This conclusion was diametrically opposed to that of the Henderson report.
But he has not explained why the final report disguised the existence of the Henderson report by suggesting there were only 3 studies when there were in fact 4,
4) The OPCW have only offered a spurious and logically incoherent assertion that Henderson’s report was excluded because it came too close to attributing blame. Of course, the other 3 reports were just as close to attributing blame and yet were still included in the final report.

5) What can we conclude? The OPCW have attempted to bury their own investigation showing no attack occurred. Their staff have issued false statements and the organization has embarrassed itself by issuing illogical statements and persuading their DG to repeat these publicly
6) Justice for the victims demands the OPCW publish all its material so as to enable full public and expert scrutiny. If no chemical attack occurred, how did these people die? The OPCW also now needs to be investigated with respect to its likely corruption by US, France & UK
