Worth thinking about why The Charlatan doubles down on this when the position is so clear? Does he want an election campaign not merely against Parliament but also the Courts? What will it take for 'Conservatives' to recognise what is before their very eyes?
This ⬇️⬇️⬇️ is entirely consistent with the thesis. Looks like The Charlatan is going to attempt to generate legal controversy where there is none and then attack the judiciary when it finds against him.
We expect to file proceedings - which are being drafted over the weekend - when the Bill receives Royal Assent to compel The Charlatan on pain of imprisonment to comply with the law.
As Thomas Fuller said in 1732: "Be you never so high, the law is above you," as The Charlatan and his gileted amanuensis will shortly find out.
