Just a heads-up: This racist, stupid, offensive pro-Bernie op-ed was written by a rightwinger. The guy who wrote it isn't a Bernie supporter, he's a shit-stirrer. chicagotribune.com/columns/john-k…
The guy who wrote it is a troll—he's not actually pro-Bernie. (Two years ago he wrote in a column that Sanders' views on religious pluralism offered "a stunning misunderstanding of ... the Constitution" and constituted "a threat to Americans of all faiths.")
And as @Lollardfish points out, he's a racist hack who writes that left-wing policies have turned the youth of Chicaco "feral." chicagoist.com/2016/09/08/joh…
So no, the anti-Warren, anti-Biden piece everyone's forwarding around right now didn't come from the Bernie camp, or from anyone with any affiliation with or sympathy for the left.

The US has facilities at Nassau and Freeport airports to process Bahamians without visas, and has for years. Since the hurricane, that program has been expanded to cover ferries as well. The policy was revoked without warning tonight.

Gillibrand was right about Franken, and the damage that being right did to her presidential campaign is a reminder of how much work still remains to be done in combating sexual harassment in politics.
(And just to get in before these replies: She didn't act on her own against Franken, and she didn't drive him from the Senate. She was the spokesperson for half a dozen of her colleagues, and Franken made his own decisions.)
And if you're gonna reply with "no, she was wrong," you could at least ... offer some sort of explanation for your opinion, or disagree with something I said. This thread isn't a poll.

I am out of town & unable to attend the community meeting about it today, but the anti-black violence & hatred in Madison is increasingly palpable to me, as someone who has lived there less than 2 years.
@AboutFreedomInc has been fighting to get cops out of schools for over a year now. Their youth squad attends every school board meeting to share stories & ask @MMSDschools to invest in youth of color & youth with disabilities not police.
