They come from money but by nature they don't say much
He was that innocent when she said "No"
By the end of the second semester

Friends, relatives and colleagues heard it
None could reason with him
She was his eternal love
His wife and family irritated him
His parents and relatives became his enemies
His dog had followed a kangaroo into the river
It had been drowned

His wife carried the burden of the family alone
Rent, school fees, feeding, clothing
everything
Friends and relatives told her he was under a spell
"Bear it, He will soon come out of it" they said
But why was she paying for his foolishness
Why was she bearing a dead dog's burden?

Three years after his confinement
His wife met a man
A divorced man looking to remarry
She was tired of waiting
She didn't want to put her life on hold for a stray dog
"What about your children?" Everybody screamed
But she was past caring
She has needs too
She wanted to move on

Her mother reached out
Please Brother, I don't want my daughter to make this decision
I know she is lonely and tired but once she did this, it cannot be undone
"Please send me her phone no" he said
They talked!
She had quite a story
She said she had never enjoyed the marriage

She said she warned him
But he was a fool on a fool's errand
She just wanted the nightmare to end
They prayed
That night, the wind scattered the storm
He suddenly came to himself and returned home!
His wife found him by the door the next morning looking like a lost puppy

Some tears and a lot of prostration from him
She eventually forgave him
They came to see the Brother in Jeans and T-shirt
Her husband gave his life to Christ They were both baptized in the Holy Ghost
He said it was like living in a genie bottle for three years
He was very sorry!
