It is time to fight back

And then the young boys/teenagers who ran away from abuse and ended up on the streets - preyed on by predatory paedophiles - In the main it was women (mainly lesbians) who stepped up and tried to protect them

And if you want to pour hate on me or unfollow me because of my support for those women - go ahead - I don’t care
I’m well past caring for the apologists who champion lesbian (and gay) erasure and seek to roll back women’s rights

But I want to tell you about Kim
She was a lesbian and in her life she had enough problems - some would say she should’ve cared about her own problems more than other peoples and tbh she had mental heath and a plethora of other issues

She not only queued to give blood, she spent time comforting those who had lost partners
When she wasn’t looking for a bed for the night she was walking the streets and sitting with homeless young men and the predators came to know - steer clear or face her

She became a mum - because she supported her lifestyle by turning tricks - we laughed about that a lot - me a mum - how crazy is that
She laughed at me for always looking for a compromise - her favourite phrase was “stop it - you can’t reason with abusers”
I think she was right

But now I promise you I’m going back to cafe and pub stories for a bit
