The first, Sofia Lapina. She describes herself as an organizing committee member of the march, and is employed at LGBT Human Rights Center "Our World". Her most recent post implies that a rival pro-family march on the same day is Russian. 
"Our World" NGO has pages on legal action that ones can take against police & employers, resources for how government officials should help homosexuals, and activism guides. There is also a page on their staff who aids homosexuals legally & financially.
While their site doesn't have a page on their funding, it does show they held a conference that was funded by the UK embassy, the two USA HIV/AIDS programs, a British finance NGO, and a Ukrainian organization called "Unity" with a very vague website that talks about civil society
The other Facebook page admin Anna Sharyhina. Current vice-president of Sphere Women's Association, former trainer with the Patrol Police of Ukraine. Lesbian stereotypes exist for a reason.
Sphere's website describes it as feminist-lesbian organization for women's solidarity. They are funded by Heinrich Boll Foundation (German Greens) & the UK, who fund a center open from 4pm-10pm Tuesday through Saturday. Also get funding from National Democratic Institute.

This job application (in English) gives an idea of NDI's objectives for Ukraine. They admit to funding from USA, Canada, & Sweden. English is required - a bad sign. Requires an education or strong interest in gender politics.
NDI's board. The blood drenched Albright, a man who led efforts to turn Myanmar into a USA satellite & failed, an old chief of USAID, a Democrat senator, a cable executive, and an old Clinton aide.
In funding and organization, the Harkov sodomy march isn't too different from the one in Kiev in June
I counted 52 uses of #харківпрайд , 53 of #ХарьковПрайд , and stopped counting after 100 of #KharkivPride . Twitter isn't a great measure of support, but I'd guess foreigners were heavily over-represented in the march.
Some English-language signs at the march, and an antifa-style "Anti-Homophobe Aktion" flag.
I hope this thread was enlightening. Despite collapsing birth rates, tremendous corruption and the spread of AIDS; Western leaders are promoting sexual deviancy and unhealthy living in Ukraine.

@ChrisNahr @westerngoals are you familiar with Heinrich Boll Foundation? They seem to be interested in a lot of different parts of Ukraine.
