Today I'm proud to announce the launch of #ForceTheIssue, a project aimed at getting 900 large, publicly traded companies to stop using the practice of forced arbitration for sexual harassment. (1/8)

Companies often talk a big game about how committed they are to fostering workplaces of dignity, inclusion, respect. (@BizRoundtable, I’m looking at you.) But in so many ways, that commitment hasn’t translated into action yet. It's time for more companies to walk the talk. (3/8)
