DOJ has now put out the real OLC memo. @kpolantz identified what was different: the cleaned-up version put out yesterday was missing footnotes 3 and 4
@kpolantz My colleague @ktbenner also points out that DOJ also deleted specific details of the call in the first paragraph in the bowdlerized version it put out yesterday
