Here it is: the whistleblower complaint that sparked this whole thing. intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/…
"In the days following the call, I learned from multiple U.S. officials that senior White House officials had intervened to "lock down" all records of the phone call, especially the word-for-word transcript..."
Oof. Further attempt to hide the call transcript.

"...the transcript of the President's call with President Zelenskiy was placed into a computer system managed directly by the National Security Council (NSC) Directorate for Intelligence Programs."
Pretty clear from the complaint that the White House knew how damning this call would be and immediately set out to cover it up.
I think Volker and Sondland come off looking a bit better here than they did in news reports where they were described more/less as having colluded with Giuliani, no?
What's also apparent is that the whistleblower's complaint was just about spot-on with the memo of the July 25 phone call released yesterday.
What we believed but couldn't report: Trump told Pence to cancel his planned travel to Ukraine to attend Zelenskiy's inauguration in May. And it was "made clear" Trump wouldn't meet Zelenskiy until he saw how he "chose to act" in office.
