So, it could be that the Trump-Zelenskiy phone call on July 25 is the one which led a whistleblower from the US intelligence community to lodge a complaint. washingtonpost.com/national-secur…
Trump-Zelenskiy call came just before whistleblower complaint. When I asked, officials in Zelenskiy's office declined to speak about it. When I tried to ask Zelenskiy himself on 9/13, his press secretary pulled me from him. He didn't address call in his public comments that day.
Here's Zelenskiy's readout of that July 25 phone call with Trump. Pay attention to the highlighted area.
Zelenskiy did speak about trump on 9/13. It was morning after news came of White House releasing $250M military aid for Ukraine that had been held for "review." Ze said he was "grateful" to Trump and "now we can say we have very good relations with the US" rferl.org/a/zelenskiy-gr…

This is a wild exchange, related to what's above here. Recall that the likely reason for the $250 million military aid package for Ukriane being held up in the first place was that Trump/Giuliani wanted Zelenskiy to open probe into Biden.
Also, this, from my colleague, is relevant:
