Congrats, WaPo! The extended dance remix of “but her emails” is out! 
2/ In fairness, the piece itself isn’t all bad. If you read to the bottom of the very lengthy piece you learn there’s no evidence of wrongdoing on Hunter Biden’s part and if anything getting the crooked prosecutor fired probably increased the chance of scrutiny on the company.
3/ Actually, they don’t quite say that explicitly, only by implication. But it’s the clear implication. The point is made explicitly in this clearer piece in this very good piece in The Intercept of all places. theintercept.com/2019/09/25/i-w…
4/ Reading The Intercept piece and then the WaPo, which does contain some good factual detail, is your best bet to understand the reality-based version of this saga.
