Been getting lots of questions about the lawsuit (which was filed Sept 29 and processed by the Court on Sept 30). Here’s how it will play out:

— Team Sussex’s “Particulars of Claim”, which sets out the case and specific facts relied upon, will be filed by Oct 14 at the latest.

— Mail on Sunday then have until the end of Oct to file their “Acknowledgement of Service” and/or their Defence.

— Claim documents will be made accessible to the public.

— 14 days after their “Acknowledgement”, (around mid Nov), they have to file their Defence.
