This is the impeachment inquiry resolution from 1998, which is eminently reasonable. 
And it is a stark contrast to the Democrats' star chamber inquiry taking place in a SCIF in the Intel committee, which makes me wonder why House Judiciary even exists.
I hope some House member with integrity will reintroduce the above inquiry resolution and start a DISCHARGE PETITION to put all House members on the record on how this process should be conducted.
Although, considering Chairman Nadler already voted for the comically stupid Al Green impeachment resolution over the sole high crime of disparaging The Squad, he should recuse if the inquiry actually is moved back to Judiciary.
