@cosmicpudding ASKAP has a 30-minute meeting every Monday; this is very useful for communicating plans and updates, and people definitely feel it when the meeting cannot be held for some reason.

Testing is #5 & includes not just unit testing, but overall.
And then the "shadowy place" -- challenges that exist, such as hacky solutions, distribution of specialized expert knowledge to non-experts for operations/diagnostics, & keeping communication lines open.
