Ahmad Kanan of Wisconsin was charged with using unauthorized access devices to commit wire fraud for illegally using the routing and account numbers of a foreign embassy to make purchases.
Ohh, hmmm.... this site says he was a gas station operator (and his wife is the majority owner) and he stole the banking info from the Libyan embassy. 👇

This one also says it was the Libyan embassy. I wonder if someone from the embassy bought gas or other services from his gas station.

Still not sure how he got the bank account info, but he used the account of the Embassy of Libya Mikitary Attaché and logged into a service online where he could pay his taxes, then used the embassy’s bank account and routing number to do it.
