@FOOL_NELSON David Sakvarelidze was from Georgia and had been installed by Biden/US into Ukraine Prosecutor General's Office. He appears to have been hated by PG Shokin, whose last act in ofice, only minutes before he was finally terminated, was to fire Sakvarelidze

THREAD: @SidneyPowell1's remarkable brief courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco… raises many issues. In this thread, I'll comment on details concerning one of the two false statement counts in Flynn indictment: two supposed statements on UN vote on Israeli settlements.
@SidneyPowell1 2/ the brief is very lucid, but necessarily relies on footnotes and appendices. Most of this thread is simply following her footsteps, but I've added a concordance of agent notes to the 302, which may be helpful in showing astounding lacunae in the FBI documentation.
@SidneyPowell1 3/ the two counts in the Indictment (see above) track two paragraphs in the 302 dated Feb 15, 2017 (made available in Dec 2018) as shown in highlight below.

THREAD: Flynn 302 originally released in Dec 2018 in a moderately redacted version. The appendix of new submission includes an almost entirely unredacted version. I've done exercise of seeing what was redacted. Other points of interest to be discussed later.
1/ Following was redacted: "FLYNN described SERGUN as someone the U.S. could work with."
2/ redacted: Flynn received payment from speakers' bureau; that he visited Ambassador prior to RT dinner and that he received DIA threat briefing prior to travel.

Why would this be redacted?

1/ Papadop fanboys nearly all misunderstand why I'm so critical. I disbelieved Steele dossier on its face and, very early on, decided that Comey was a liar, and, relatively early on, that Brennan had been dangling breadcrumbs to FBI, turning Comey after election.
2/ if Mifsud, Sambei, LCILP and Downer were part of some elaborate conspiracy to set up Papadop, then it will be relatively trivial to expose everything. If that happens, I'd enjoy the popcorn as much as anyone and be happy to eat crow on my doubts on this aspect of events.
3/ but there's a real possibility (almost certainty in my opinion), that there was very serious misconduct by intel community, but that Mifsud-Sambei-LCILP-Downer were not part of any conspiracy and that Papadop, a serial liar, is once again misdirecting everyone

Biden led the effort to remove Shokin by threatening to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees.
Shokin was removed by Poroshenko in early 2016.

Following Shokin’s forced dismissal, the Burisma investigation was transferred to Sytnyk’s NABU, which then reportedly closed the investigation sometime in 2016.

#Manafort charging document for today's guilty plea includes details of his planting disinformation in US press to smear political rivals of his pro-Russia clients in Ukraine. Eg "Plant some stink on Tymo"—painting a female rival as a criminal who paid for murder. Sound familiar?
Manafort had used the same propaganda smear tactics in Ukraine that Trump rolled out in his campaign for president in 2016. Manafort not only had Tymo soliciting murder. He pushed tribal divisions, using "Obama Jews" & anti-Semitism to tarnish her. assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4883…
