Cybercrime: MAPOLY Student Jailed, Two Others Arraigned in Ibadan

A Higher National Diploma (HND) Mechanical Engineering student of Mashood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) in Ogun State, Olalekan Oladapo Ogunremi, was on Wednesday found guilty of criminal impersonation.
He was then sentenced to six months in prison. The 21-year-old actually found favour before Justice Patricia Ajoku of the Federal High Court, Ibadan Division, who commuted the one year punishment proposed for his offence to six months.
The judge succumb to his lawyer’s passionate plea who informed the court that his client had missed two examination sessions owing to the criminal charge filed against him by the Ibadan zonal office of EFCC.

seeking Justice Christopher A. Balogun to recuse himself from further hearing the alleged N978,401,732.09 oil fraud case involving the Chairman of Nadabo Energy Limited, Abubakar Ali Peters.
The judge threw out the motion on the ground that the counsel no longer has the right to appear in the matter or present such application having relieved self of the matter at the last adjourned date.

EFCC Arrests Two for Illegal Broadcast of DSTV Signal

The EFCC, Uyo Zonal office on Monday October 14, 2019 arrested two staffs of Communication Trend Limited, Prisca Isaac, Sales Representative and Nwosu Precious, Technician   at 111 Atiku Abubakar Avenue, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State
for alleged illegal  transmission of  broadcast signals of Multichoice (DSTV) to Uyo and environs without authorisation.  The company allegedly charges Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N3, 500.00) and Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N7, 500.00) monthly as subscription fees
to its customers using DSTV and other decoders without permission. The arrest followed a petition alleging breach of Multichoice's English Premiership broadcast rights.

#Ibadan today was #PDPSouthWestRally and the mobilisation from the states of the SW was massive.

In order of size: my dearest Osun was number one. They were everywhere - seems the rivalry between Senator Ademola Adeleke and Akin Ogunbiyi is making them both work hard for Atiku.
Ogunbiyi brought in like ten campaign vehicles all branded for Atiku and filled with people. Demola Adeleke also brought huge numbers in buses and one particularly funny limousine branded in campaign colours.

Akogun Lere Oyewunmi was also massive everywhere, Peter Babalola too.
Osun took over #Ibadan as though it was their territory - I can comfortably predict that PDP will win Osun for Atiku massively and win at least two senatorial seats.

Even House of Assembly candidates like @faruqabbas mobilised down there for the #PDPSouthWestRally.

2 years in high school doing Science Stream,3 years doing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 4 years of struggle to complete my Degree in Mechanical Engineering.. After graduated, become an Enginner.. So basically for the past 9 year, my life is full of stress. Why??
Because engineering is not easy. So, at some point (dgree) i was lost interest with it anymore. I wanna try new things, like doing business, but yeah, nak x nk kena la habiskan course ni, hutang ptptn melambak.
