On Stein, Clinton said: "Yes, she's a Russian asset, I mean, totally." Using the term "asset" suggests some sort of direct coordination. That is an unproven claim from Clinton. But to be clear: Russian trolls helped Stein in 2016 and she routinely embraces Kremlin viewpoints.
For instance.... Here's a video of Jill Stein in Red Square,, on the doorstep of the Kremlin, talking about "the need to reign in US exceptionalism." (She was there to attend a gala for the Kremlin-backed RT network, alongside Putin and Flynn!)

On Gabbard, Clinton said the Russians were "grooming her to be the third-party candidate." Again, that suggests some level of actual coordination, and there isn't any evidence of that. But it can also be true that Russia is embracing Gabbard's candidacy like they did with Trump.
