In the course of my trainings in #HR, I was introduced to the GROW Model of coaching.

This is an elegantly simple way of structuring an effective coaching conversation and, as such, has become one of the best loved models.

GROW is an acronym that stands for:
GOAL
Current REALITY
OPTIONS
WILL (or WAY FORWARD)

The key to using GROW successfully is first to spend sufficient time exploring "G" until the coachee sets a goal which is both inspirational and stretching for them, and then move flexibly through the sequence.

GROW coaching is so effective that you can even use it to coach yourself.

I will show you HOW through some self-coaching GROW exercises, which you can carry out even now.
