there is something in common between the "Jessica" Yaniv case and Michael Mann case. Both cases complain about (B)(b)all(s); both were dismissed by BC Courts with costs awarded against plaintiff. BC Courts getting tired of and punishing stupid law suits.
here's an article about Yaniv case on waxing balls, which, like Mann v Ball, has been dismissed with costs against plaintiff. Estheticians don't have to wax man's balls, while Ball doesn't have to wax Mann either.
didn't Eliot Higgins of Bellingcat challenge critics to wax his big bellingcat balls? Maybe he and "Jessica" Taniv were separated at birth.
