Prime Minister said following during Tuesday's Brexit debate

"There are no checks GB-NI. There will be some light touch measures to ensure there is no illegal trade."

And then later: "I repeat: there will be no checks between Great Britain and Northern Ireland."
Why should you care about this. Well one way checks are carried out at the UK frontier is by the UK Border Force. Critics of the Johnson deal say it puts a border down the Irish Sea. Yesterday officials couldn’t rule out that UKBF may have to check goods moving within the UK:
