1/ In the next national election campaign the opposition parties must launch an all out attack on the right-wing press. These unaccountable peddlers of hate and lies have far more influence over voters than the Tory party. Every effort must be to weaken public trust in them.
2/ In the past political parties have often backed off attacking the right-wing press because they've hoped for its support or neutrality. But there is no question of that now. It will attack the opposition with all its force. It is the enemy and the opposition must fight it.
3/ Let's remind ourselves of the torrent of hate and lies spewed out by the right-wing press against immigrants, refugees and the EU. It's a tsunami of hate designed to whip up nationalist fear and paranoia and to drive voters into the arms of authoritarian nationalist parties. 
4/ And lets's remind ourselves of the fascistic hate campaign against Remainers and anyone the right-wing press targets as blocking the implementation of the so-called "Will of the People".
5/ The right-wing press has injected core fascist ideas into our political culture - rabid nationalism, xenophobia, scapegoating of minorities, irrationalism, the cult of action, and the sinister fascist mantra of the "Will of the People". It is undermining democracy.
6/ The right-wing press must not be regarded as part of our democratic life. It must be regarded as a force which is tearing our democracy apart and injecting ever more elements of fascist ideology and practice into our political culture.
7/ We can't propose much in the way of legal checks on the lies and hate of the right-wing press. The lines between what is acceptable & unacceptable are far too blurred. But we and opposition parties must launch a flat-out campaign to discredit the these disinformation machines.
