If you want to be REALLY scared this Halloween here's a list of Most Horrifying Things:

1. In 2019 & against medical best practice, Ireland introduced misogyny -motivated legislation to force women to wait 3 days for an abortion.
2. Most train stations in Ireland can not be accessed by people with disabilities and many people with disabilities who live rurally have no public transport they can use.
3. This year Simon Harris decided to take a €31.80 weekly payment off teenagers with disabilities who were undertaking training courses, meaning many could no longer afford to attend.
Amidst economic growth & near full employment, Ireland now has well over 10,000 homeless people, with over a third of them being children, and lone mothers making up a large demographic. Many are forced to live in former Magdalene Laundries - re-purposed as "Homeless Hubs"
Children are spending so long in emergency accommodation that babies legs are not growing correctly as there is no space for them to crawl, some can't walk, some can't swallow whole food. Fine Gael don't seem to care abut these children.
Children can spend up to 7 years sharing a crowed and unhygienic room with strange adults under our Direct Provision system. Children have been exposed to violent and sexual behaviour in the centres and many have developed malnutrition from the food the Irish State provides.
The head of Ireland's largest domestic abuse support service campaigned heavily for the introduction of a law that caused a 92% increase in violent crimes against (mostly women) sex workers.
Irish people who were illegally adopted as babies have no right to their birth information and some accuse Tusla of actively misleading them in their efforts to access their own records.
Ireland is currently the worst performing country in Europe on the Climate Change Performance Index.
We have been for the last two years, and we consistently fail to meet our own targets to lower carbon emissions. Fine Gael don't seem to care that the planet is dying
Members of the Traveller community are almost "10 times more likely to deal with instances of discrimination than white Irish members of the general population." and have a suicide rate 6 times higher than the general population.
