Now things get really interesting - the government’s “surreply” to @SidneyPowell1 about the Strzok/Pientka 302 filed today says that it was actually *Strzok* saying he “couldn’t remember” Flynn talking about his “government blackberry” 🤔

Well Houston we have a problem because that comment doesn’t just say “[I] don’t recall” it also says **“don’t...have in my notes”**

And the government has told @SidneyPowell1 that these are Strzok’s notes, which contain the words “government blackberry” 🤔

So we’re back to

—These aren’t Strzok’s handwritten notes (alternative explanation 2 in my earlier thread)

—Or, Strzok wrote down in the 302 that he didn’t have “government blackberry” in his notes when the words “government blackberry” are in black and white in Strozk’s notes

UPDATE: in the surreply DOJ confirms that the above are “Strzok’s notes” and attaches them as Exhibit 1

So Strzok apparently wrote in the 302 draft “Did he specify government blackberry? don’t...have in my notes” even though Strzok’s notes say “government blackberry” 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also the DOJ issues in the surreply a non-denial denial that an earlier 302 draft than Feb 10 2017 exists (even though the interview was on Jan 24 2017)

It’s just that DOJ has turned over all the drafts “in its possession” and “even if” one did exist, it wouldn’t matter 🤔

DOJ also doubles down a bit too much. It says “all of which [the handwritten notes] state” that Flynn “made the specific false statements” he pled guilty to.

That’s just false. Strzok and Pientka’s notes don’t match, *especially* on those statements (UN vote & sanctions)
