*Expectation setting for Horowitz*

The McCabe report (much simpler, shorter, less players involved) had this timeline:

—Early Feb: Internal IG Draft

—Feb 21-26: Principals review

—Feb 26-28: Principals comments added/responded

—Feb 28: Final report

—Apr 13: Public release
The Horowitz report is still not through the full classification review and hasn’t yet gone out to all principals. And it’s hundreds of pages longer AND more complex than the McCabe one

So, unless something is different this time it’s not days away...
The report is now in the principals review stage, this would suggest the final report is a minimum of 5-10 days from being finalized, with additional time to clear for public release

FYI: DOJ was supposed to respond to Peter Strzok’s unlawful dismissal lawsuit today. They’ve delayed their response by another week (this is the second such delay). Response now due Nov 15
Delayed again, this time until Mon Nov 18...
DOJ has now filed a motion to dismiss Strzok’s case 🔥

Looks like we have a winner: the DOJ just admitted to @SidneyPowell1 that the handwritten notes it identified as written by Peter Strzok were *actually written by Joe Pientka*. That’s cool, it’s not a major felony case against a 30 year veteran and 3 star general or anything 🤦🏻‍♂️

DOJ is now going to need a REALLY good explanation for why Peter Strzok & Lisa Page are so extensively editing the “first draft” (yeah right) Flynn 302 *two weeks after the interview* when Strzok’s notes were far less comprehensive than Pientka’s and missing 30+ key words/phrases

The FBI's justification for allowing #McCabe to oversee Hillary's email probe was that his wife already lost the election where she got $467,500 from Hillary's friend.

Preposterous. So let's look at the timeline.

2. In July 2015, FBI opens #Hillary email probe.

3. On August 11, the IC IG first revealed existence of 5 classified emails on Hillary's server. Pressure starts building
4. August 12: Hillary turns over Bleachbit wiped email server to FBI

5. On August 31st: State releases 7k emails and 125 deemed classified. More pressure building

6. Same day, McCaulliffe PAC donates $2,500 to #McCabe's wife. Still not enough pressure to panic. Emails deleted
