I heard today that a treatment plan is in place, she is being cared for at the excellent Johns Hopkins, and the most compassionate, brilliant doc in the US — my big brother — is on the scene advocating for her.

... my brother has been flying from Wisconsin to Baltimore on weekends over the past couple months to help advocate for her. While working full weeks as a doctor in Milwaukee. I’ll never complain about him being too busy to answer my calls again. :)

... are needed! Shayna is a blessing, a kind and loving person just starting her life, much of which she has spent working with children and charitable organizations. She has much more to give.
