So I just did a little calculating on how much prison time Roger Stone is facing if he is found guilty on all charges.

Count 1 - Obstruction of a Proceeding - 18 USC 1505 - Maximum of 5 years.

Count 2-6 - Statements or entries generally (False Statements) - 18 USC 1001(a)(2) -
Maximum of 5 years per count (4 counts total).

Count 7 - Witness Tampering - 18 USC 1512(b)(1) Maximum of 20 years.

Hence, Stone faces a potential of 45 years in prison. Even if he sentenced to 1/4 of that time, its inherently a life sentence for him. X
Add: This also doesn't account for the monetary fines he could face which may be tens of thousands of dollars.

Good question. In general, perjury is committed when someone lies under oath. Here we have testimony from Gates which contradicts Trump’s sworn affidavit to Mueller. The issue of Trump lying in this instance is now a question of fact since we have credible evidence derived 1/
from Gates and potentially other witness. Now let’s say one of the individual present or participating in these conversations was the subject of a FISA or other type of warrant...if this conversation was incidentally collected under the warrant, you now potentially have Trump 2/
and others celebrating their good GRU fortune. Makes one wonder, doesn’t it. X

This Veterans Day, I would like to thank my Uncle Bill. He served in the US Navy on the USS Leyte as an E3 - meteorologist. The Leyte was an Essex class aircraft carrier. Here he is with my Aunt Pearl at his 90th birthday party. They’ve been married for over 60 years. 1/
