As their lawyer @JodiGoodwin17 says, CBP still hasn’t said whether they will parole the family in.
CBP could still send the family back to Mexico too.
It seems pretty clear that without reporters, advocates, and doctors waiting outside the port for hours in the rain and arguing with CBP, the family would not have been let in.
How many other children are freezing across the border tonight because we sent them back to Mexico?
