Every time Barr says something like this, ask him why it took the administration three tries to get a Travel Ban that passed muster.

Hint: it's because there was more going on than just finding countries that were "hubs of terrorist activities."
Under Barr's timeline, he's saying the first travel ban, which was struck down almost immediately, which gave preference to Christians in Muslim countries, got NO agency review, and dropped with no warning to DHS, "was based on good security grounds"?

Yes, because previous administrations actually bothered to go through the proper procedures before issuing major legal changes, rather than dropping them willy-nilly on the sixth day in office or issuing interim final rules with copy-pasted justifications!
