Doctors and Lawyers "Practice"
The Learning is Continous. Society Owns the data
Medical Data and Judicial Data have to be treated the same

Petitioner or respondent's consent is not needed to quote a judgement in a judgement or in an article

Why Treat Medical Data Different ?
I am sure that the above statement would come as shock to you
Please don't get angry
If you get angry, please don't reply immediately
Think for 24 hours at least or 1 year if required till you understand
Think Think Think

Think about Rights and Duties as a whole
Rights and Duties are two sides of the same coin.
Patient's Rights are the Doctor's Duty and Doctor's Rights are Patient's Duty.Balance has to be maintained. Infinite rights to one side will collapse the system very soon, and this is an abyss into which Healthcare is spiraling
After Data is Anonymised, why is consent needed ?
If no patient gives consent, how will a medical teacher teach is students ?
If no students are taught
How will someone treat a fracture in future

While Patients have Right to Health, They also have a duty to health
What is Patient's Duty to Health

The Duty is to allow their data (at least anonymised data) to be used in Medical Education

If you are so selfish
And If you want to legalise your selfishness

Then you are destroying your Future Generations
When people don't have any issues in Judiciary Quoting their private data with Names
When All Judgments are available online

Why get angry
Even when a X Ray is Shared without Patient name

What could be the reasons
Is this your jealousy against doctors
Is this your jealousy against doctors
Which make you raise greedy demands destroying future

Think Think Think

Don't be Greedy
Don't be Selfish

Think Not Just About You
Think About Your Kids too
Many People Support Generics ! Why ? They Need Cheap Drugs. Do they realise that if every one uses only generics, there would be no fund for future research (If you did not understand this, please read again and again till you understand this simple concept)
OK
Assume if your parents supported Generics

The Very Drug, which you need today, and for which you demand the generic version to pay less

Would Never have been invented
If

Someone had insisted on Generics 40 years ago

Is this Too difficult to understand
Before making any demand in health Care
Before assuming that the demand you make is your right

Please ask the following Questions

1. Will this demand hamper in Medical Education
2. Will the demand prevent Medical Research
3. Will this demand reduce availability of care
4. Will this demand reduce accessibility of care
5. Will this demand reduce affordability of health care
6. If Some one had asked this demand 40 years ago, would I be able to get the treatment which I am getting now

Use your Common Sense
Ask these questions to you and then ask the demand

Don't be selfish

It is not just you who have the right to health care
Every one has equal rights
Your Future generations have equal rights
Learn to be less greedy, selfless, propeople, social
Any of your demand which reduces the availability, accessibility and affordability of health care of your fellow citizens or future citizens

is a
Greedy, Selfish, Antipeople, Anti Social Demand

Don't hide behind Ambigous legal terms
@threadreaderapp unroll please
@threadreaderapp Conclusion

When a x ray is used for teaching
It is not for the benefit of the doctor
It is for benefit of other present and future patients

When you refuse
You are not creating inconvenience to that doctor
You are creating inconvenience to your fellow and future citizens
