Look at Kogi. Even Bello couldn't campaign on the strength of any achievement. El-Rufai even came begging and asking for forgiveness.

Same pattern in Bayelsa. Dickson acted like another Fayose. Shut out those that worked for him. Imposed unpopular candidate and he thinks Bayelsans will vote as usual. Still thinking it is a PDP state.
