Okay, so you're not in a position to speak up publicly. Here's some things you can do:
1. Don't patronize those who are the problem 6/
3. Use WhisperNet. Talk with those in your peer group about the situation (those you can talk to safely)
4. Don't attend a conference talk by the offenders. This ABSOLUTELY works to take them out of the circuit. 7/
