The previously restricted $TSLA Tripp police report has been released. It's stunning. Pages 1-4, below.
Pages 5-7, below.
For those just finding this, Elon Musk proceeded to have $TSLA sue this whistleblower in federal court for $167 million. Now Musk is making it difficult for Tripp to depose him. He's one of nearly a dozen known critics Musk has abused and harassed. plainsite.org/dockets/3br5tk…
The $TSLA Tripp case has been updated with new documents including a declaration by Elon Musk in which he appears to attempt to distance himself from past statements. The attachments to Document 113 include excerpts from numerous deposition transcripts. plainsite.org/dockets/3br5tk…
Summary: Elon is very busy running things into the ground and does not have time to discuss matters he knows almost nothing about but spoke about very publicly anyway.
$TSLA is also requesting to keep Musk's communications with a public relations consultant confidential.
These arguments are generally familiar as they've been used previously to retaliate against others. Here are some of the individuals Elon Musk has targeted.

1. Martin Tripp (above)

2. Vernon Unsworth, who dared to criticize Musk's Thai cave rescue submarine on TV.
Musk called him a "pedo guy," dared him to sue, and now that lawsuit is going to trial December 3. Musk is likely to settle the claims before trial, having already lost his motion for summary judgment. See plainsite.org/dockets/3cddrx….
3. Ryan Mac (@RMac18), the BuzzFeed reporter covering the Unsworth case who refused to treat Musk's comments as "off the record" without an agreement. A federal judge ruled that Musk was harassing him by trying to drag him into the case. See plainsite.org/dockets/41tjjy….
4. Randeep Hothi, a citizen journalist whose accurate observations of $TSLA's Fremont factory were useful to the short selling community. Musk despises short sellers, and filed for a Workplace Violence TRO once Hothi was found napping in his car in the parking lot. Hothi had...
...also made it more difficult for Musk to fake his "Autonomy Day" demonstration. At least one Tesla employee lied under oath in the course of the litigation, which ran up $60K in legal fees for Hothi. The short selling community chipped in to help. See plainsite.org/dockets/3xt7dv….
5. Karl Hansen, a former $TSLA security officer at its factory in Nevada. Hansen has invoked the formal Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower process and has filed a complaint with the SEC in addition to his federal lawsuit against Musk. See plainsite.org/dockets/3zq7ut….
6. Cristina Balan, a former $TSLA engineer who made key contributions to the design of the Model S's battery pack, among other projects. Tesla's former Global Communications Director Dave Arnold smeared her publicly for speaking out. She proved it in court. Suddenly, he resigned.
Balan's case is ongoing and presently is on appeal in the Ninth Circuit. See plainsite.org/dockets/3tnsem….
7. Anna Watson, a former $TSLA sub-contractor working at its on-site clinic in Fremont, California. She spoke to @Reveal about Tesla's problematic medical care for employees. Somehow, Child Protective Services showed up at her house. She's fighting her termination with CA DIR.
8. The unknown employee Musk physically pushed in a $TSLA parking lot in a "rage firing." Tesla's Board of Directors cleared Musk of any wrongdoing. See latimes.com/business/autos….
9. A.J. Vandermeyden, a $TSLA employee who was retaliated against for speaking up. She sued in 2016. See theguardian.com/technology/201… and plainsite.org/dockets/38nmg9….
10. The other 70+ employees who have sued $TSLA for labor law violations. Tesla was found to have violated the law repeatedly by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). See plainsite.org/tags/tesla-wor… and plainsite.org/documents/wzxh….
11. @AaronGreenspan, who runs PlainSite and Think Computer Foundation. After the Foundation intervened in litigation in Delaware, Musk went on the record with Bloomberg supporting one of his biggest fans, who began an aggressive smear campaign against Greenspan and his family.
The Foundation ultimately made thousands of pages of deposition testimony available, revealing that the SolarCity buyout was a multi-billion dollar bailout for Musk's family and businesses. The smear campaign is ongoing but less acute after its leader was banned from Twitter.
The Delaware court filings are available at plainsite.org/dockets/32atfy….
