Mark Lambert, the former President of Transport Logistics International Inc was found guilty for paying bribes to Vadim Mikerin of TENEX, which is a subsidiary of ROSATAM, in exchange for Nuclear fuel transportation contracts.

This is a case that linked back to #UraniumOne.

Lambert also conspired with other people at Transport Logistics in the bribery scheme with Mikerin. I'm not sure, though, if those others have been charged yet or took plea deals.

Of course they also used shell companies in Latvia, Cyprus and Switzerland to hide the money.
Back in 2018, Transport Logistics (the company itself) also paid a $2 million fine and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement to resolve the bribery charges.

Okay, looks like 3 people in total were involved. Mikerin, Lambert and....

Transport Logistics Co-President Daren Condrey, who pleaded guilty back in 2015.

So, not only are the #Democrats trying to get many years of President Trump’s financial records, they’re also trying to get records on Barron Trump & all 10 of Trump’s grandkids, including the 3 month old.

Not only that, they already obtained FinCEN records of..wait for it....
...they obtained FinCEN records, some of which were obtained based on mistaken identities. AGAIN.

So, now Congress has the records of other private citizens and businesses completely unrelated to the Trumps, who just happen to have the same last name.
Remember how Avenatti got access to a Michael Cohen’s financial records, but it was the wrong Michael Cohen?

Okay, word is that Defense Secretary Esper fired US Navy Secretary Richard Spencer today.

Sounds like Spencer tried to make a deal with Trump officials. Trump then told Esper about it, and Esper fired .

Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio - who was found guilty of criminal contempt then pardoned - has filed a new lawsuit against media outlets for incorrectly stating that his conviction was for a felony. He's seeking $300,500,000 in punitive damages.
This is in addition to the $147 million he's seeking from the New York Times.
As before, Arpaio is represented by Larry Klayman.

Klayman's other clients have included Jerome Corsi and all U.S. police officers, Jews and Caucasians.
