I can't get over the fact that the president of the United States and his allies are pushing debunked conspiracy theories that our own intel community (including former high-level, Trump-appointed White House officials) have warned are part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
And that there are people with massive media platforms who, despite knowing better, somewhere in the depths of what's left of their soul, are ready and willing to feed this constant stream of utter bullshit to line their pockets.
Hypocrisy and dissembling are the coin of the realm in DC, and partisans have always rallied to protect their own. This is not a new problem, on either side. But as bad as it gets sometimes, it always felt like there were limits.

- Trump's first National Security Advisor is slated to be sentenced this month

- Multiple Trump cabinet members have left amid major ethics scandals, and one of them is the target of a possible criminal investigation for actions taken in office

This paragraph is a heartbreaking indictment of a twisted, overly punitive, and unnecessarily expensive health care system that no other developed country in the world would ever put up with.

It's amazing that we are not marching in the street to change this.

The car ride was awkward – for Baekhyun at least. The teenager with him looked like he couldn’t care less about being with an enclosed space with a stranger. In fact, Sehun seemed very comfortable, even humming under his breath.
Baekhyun’s thoughts on the other hand were a tangled mess. Who was this kid? How did he know so much about him and Chanyeol? If he was indeed lying, he was doing an exceptional job. Baekhyun chastised himself for even considering that Sehun was telling the truth.
In what universe do time machines and sons from the future exist anyway?
