The judiciary decides based on whatever evidence police presents in front of it.
And that happens after a case even reaches the courts.

The sister of the Hyd victim was made to run around by the same police force when she approached them to file a missing complaint.

They botch up investigations when the rapist is a powerful person. They go out of their way to protect such powerful criminals.

Prosecutors then don’t show up in courts.
They keep taking adjournments.
(4/10)
The police offer ZERO protection to survivors even when the rapist is an influential/powerful man.

But NO - rapists roaming free is NOT the judiciary’s fault. Rapists not even being brought to court is not the judiciary’s fault.
Police presenting weak evidence is NOT the judiciary’s failure.

That happens bcoz the govt. & police are protecting them.
The actual rapists in Hyderabad will never get punished by courts because the case is now closed.
We’ll never know who actually did it.

Yesterday’s fake encounter was a cover-up. For all u know, the real perpetrators are roaming free.
(8/10)
But a low conviction rate is not the judiciary’s fault. Cases not coming to courts is not the judiciary’s fault. Bad evidence is not the judiciary’s fault
That blame ALL squarely falls on police & govt who shield rapists.
(9/10)
That laws are not enforced is not because of the judiciary.
With ALL it’s faults, the judiciary cannot take all the blame when the police force is rotten & incompetent.
