To think about what this means - just how close the #YangGang came to being denied - is at once sad, terrifying, hilarious and incredibly profound.
We are in a movement that "highway banks" regularly, and randomly. We tip servers so that the total is $20.20 with kind notes telling them to "Google Andrew Yang."
We canvass, phonebank, textbank, participate en masse in EVERY online poll or contest, pester our friends, family and partners with our favorite Yang videos until weeks later that person is suddenly texting US, and, of course, we donate far more than can be reasonably expected...
In one month @MikeBloomberg had more MSM mentions than our entire campaign. @AndrewYang had been running for nearly two years.
To think about this Herculean collective effort - congealed together over months to push just one more voter our way - is to be at a loss for words.
But also how perfect. Everything you've done has mattered. Every dollar donated. Every patient conversation had. Every poster hung, door knocked or info distributed while tabling. #YangGang just won't be denied. And we're just getting started. #WeAreTheWave #DonateToAndrewYang
