And near lion's enclosure, he totally lost it. He put his head near the cage dangerously and no amount of pleading from Chellammal could dissuade Bharathi, even as a couple of lions looked on. 3/4
Things were looking decidedly risky. But after trying vainly to make Bharathi see reason, Chellammal resigned to her fate.
But she had one prayer to God at that moment. And it was: "பத்மநாப ஸ்வாமியே, அந்த சிங்கங்களுக்கு நல்ல புத்தியை குடுப்பா!" 4/4
