@CoryBooker To be clear: On Dec. 10, Van Drew got an internal poll (conducted after his opposition to impeachment was publicized) showing he probably couldn't win a Democratic primary.

Over the weekend, he met with Trump and decided to switch parties.
@CoryBooker Prior to all of that, he had endorsed Booker.

Let's explore the premise for "investigating" Biden.

Shokin, the Kremlin-aligned holdover, was NOT actively investigating Burisma. His ouster was supported by GOP senators Rob Portman and Ron Johnson, ...
the IMF, the EU and ... pretty much all of Western democracy. So, Biden was implementing U.S. policy in pushing for his removal. He was sacked by the Ukrainian Parliament for . ... NOT pursuing corruption.

The FBI believed that Andrew Intrater's entity sent $583,332.98 to Michael Cohen's shell company and that Intrater's entity was controlled by his cousin, Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg.

Intrater, denying that, sued to unblock his assets.

As the NYT story notes, neither Intrater nor Vekselberg's names appeared in Mueller's report, and neither was charged. This is a passage from Michael Cohen's unsealed search warrants of FBI tracing cash to Essential Consultants.

The House subpoena fight will be heard by Judges Tatel, Millett, and Rao. Deleted an earlier tweet that said it wasn't clear, since the order clearly says that they'll hear the case! Thursdays, am I right?
In conclusion: Chief Judge Merrick Garland is not on the panel that will hear the House subpoena fight in the DC Circuit.

DOJ keeps deposing NYAG's witnesses, but stonewalls their own, even those beyond Wilbur Ross and John Gore.

Stay for thee, but not for me.
Another important part of the NYAG's status report: Their position is that the discovery deadline of Friday is unaltered, but both parties are open to deposing Ross, Gore, et al "after the scheduled close of discovery" on Friday.

NYAG will seek judge's permission then.

A lot of #remain ers don't really understand the situation they are facing on Twitter, they see an online debate where #Leave and #Remain put their points forward and whoever has the best logic wins.

That isn't what's happening. At this point #Leave (left or right) don't need to convince people of anything, they don't need to win debates.

All they need to do to win is to stop #Remain from reaching people and the tactics they are using are designed to do that.

Those tactics are to distract, discredit & disrupt Remain attempts to convince people.

They use name calling & insults. This is to discredit #Remain.

Also they hope to goad Remainers into an emotional response so they appear overly motivated and therefore less convincing.
