The House subpoena fight will be heard by Judges Tatel, Millett, and Rao. Deleted an earlier tweet that said it wasn't clear, since the order clearly says that they'll hear the case! Thursdays, am I right?
In conclusion: Chief Judge Merrick Garland is not on the panel that will hear the House subpoena fight in the DC Circuit.
