9. Fear is that NRC would insist upon documents which Existing Muslim Citizens wouldn't be able to produce & they would be excluded from NRC as Illegal Migrants... Further argument is that Existing Non Muslim Citizens not producing documents would get away using CAA.

12. Legal System in India isn't dead as yet although some Twitter Pundits, whose knowledge about Judiciary is restricted to what they read on Twitter & who have never stepped into Courts, would want us to believe... Legal System can take care of Unjustified Exclusion from NRC.
13. Argument that Existing Non Muslim Citizens facing Unjustified Exclusion from NRC (when it comes) can use CAA to their benefit is ABSURD on several grounds.. For eg to do that a person who claims to be a Citizen would have to turn around & CLAIM THAT HE WAS AN ILLEGAL MIGRANT.
14. Finally, why are people protesting?
Scrapping CAA? Courts would decide if it's constitutional & that will be final.
