1/2 cup almonds, unblanched
1/2 pound butter
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP flour
4 TBSP cream
Chop nuts to fine. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir over medium heat until butter melts. Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls.
Bake for 5 minutes. Immediately remove as quickly as possible, roll up or lay flat but get it off the pan quickly.
