Assembly of the RC2014 going well so far.
Soldering up the @ZxSpectROM RC2014 Micro #Z80 was pretty easy. I'm glad the enclosed printed instructions clarified the A14 and A15 soldered jumpers to GND (not as clear on web). A13 has selectable jumper for MS BASIC or SCM Monitor.
Not too bad of a job trimming those component leads from the back, considering the available tools. 😱
Here's my FTDI USB TTL adapter. Apparently the CTS/RTS pins are not needed. 115200 8N1. Note 5V jumper in place on adapter, with soldered FTDI power jumper on the RC2014 board.
Smoke test passed! My #RC2014 is alive!

If anyone was looking for an OPL2 Audio Board to play with, I've just been informed that they're back in stock on tindie.
This basically takes the classic YM3812 chip, exposes the inputs, and hooks up the bare-minimum audio processing so you can use it.

so if you wanted to play back OPL2 music/sounds using a arduino/teensy/raspi, this is a perfect board for that.
It's available as a kit (unsoldered PCB + components) or pre-assembled versions.
the OPL2, btw, is the sound chip that powered the original AdLib and SoundBlaster PC soundcards.

After long day of routing, first render/version of my #tinyLoRa (TLM01) module is ready. I presume this will be the world's smallest #LoRa+MCU module based on @MicrochipTech #ATSAMR34.
@hamityanik and @GregDavill I would love to get some tips on how to get beautiful results while rendering with @kicad_pcb.
