1. @HumanRightsCtte @HarrietHarman 10s of 1000s of contractors have had the past few years of their lives stolen by @HMRCgovuk while living under the threat of ruin from the #LoanCharge . 
2. We have been unable to enjoy the present or plan for any immediate or long term future, in fact the future looks bleak for all of us. Following the fudged #LoanCharge review we are still facing many more years of not being able to get on with our lives.
3. Living under constant stress is taking family time away, breaking families & in 7 tragic cases causing people to take their own lives. I am sure the constant pressure will have taken years off the life span of many. #LoanCharge
4. I would say make the punishment fit the crime but no crime has been committed, no laws were broken but @HMRCgovuk were allowed to introduce the retrospective #LoanCharge which put us in this situation. We cannot go back & change what we did following legal advice at the time.
5. @HarrietHarman you wrote to @MelJStride on behalf of @HumanRightsCtte requesting details of retrospective legislation in 2017 Fin Bill. Mel Stride's carefully worded reply avoids mentioning the #LoanCharge . google.com/url?sa=t&sourc…
6. @HarrietHarman Your letter to @MelJStride now smacks of a 'covering your backs' exercise in case the retrospective #LoanCharge blew up in your faces. Well it has blown up, 7 people are dead & 100k lives ruined. Is money more important than lives to @HumanRightsCtte ?
7. Based on the above the @HumanRightsCtte need to step in and stop the #LoanCharge. Retrospective legislation is a serious breach of our Human Rights , don't ignore this, this is your job, the government don't seem to care. We have suffered enough, give us our lives back.
