The study she is quoting was done between 2007-2009, when employer based coverage was in decline due to Housing/Mortgage meltdown and the resulting recession.

Bottom line, every word spoken by Narrative Nancy needs to be fact checked.
So if pre-existing issues matter less to those with employer based coverage, then a growing economy and record low unemployment would help resolve this issue. And so would repealing the now defunct Cadillac Tax. @fightthe40
