The rally has ended without any arrests (according to an organizer). All eyes were on attendees as any bad press could hurt Trump or pro-gun legislation. I saw a number of incidents that were nipped in the butt as soon as they started escalating. #Richmond2ARally

Virginia: § 18.2-422: It shall be unlawful for any person over 16...w/ the intent to conceal his identity, wear any mask/hood/other device whereby a substantial portion of the face is hidden/covered so as to conceal the identity of the wearer, to be or appear in any public place.

Note: Protesters in Charlottesville were told to remove their masks. Police pointed guns at protesters in Newnan, GA (diff state, I know) citing their anti-mask law meant for the KKK... It was not enforced today. #Richmond2ARally

* Do not require firearm registration.
* Do not require licensing.

* Do not require a background check before transferring a firearm between unlicensed people.

The new proposed changes:

* Ban assault weapons/silencers/high-capacity mags/other “dangerous weapons.”
* Require background checks on all firearm transactions.
* Reinstate the law repealed in 2012 allowing no more than one handgun purchase a month.

* Require lost/stolen guns to be reported to authorities within 1 day.
