Awesome when you're trying to make an appointment with your medical specialist and the line rings twice and goes to a voicemail no one actually checks. Not like this is important to my survival or anything.
Finally got through!
And... I need a new referral. From my primary care doc, who's at this same MTF. For care I've been getting from this dept for 5 years. To see the doc who ordered the scans I had this morning... at this MTF.
What do people with normal health insurance do!?

Oh right... they die.
Because now I need an appointment with my PCP. Who will give me a referral. To see the specialty doc, who will be able to look at the scans and tell me if I've BEEN falling off a cliff... and give me the meds that I need to not fall off the cliff.
