If Trumps conduct is not impeachable, nothing is impeachable

Testimony on facilitating corruption for own re-election
Drawing a foreign government into our elections is a corrupt abuse of power. Elections matter.
The view that a President cannot be impeached without having committed a crime, is wrong.
The Framers could NOT have meant that impeachment required statutory crimes.
Framers clearly intended that 'abuse of the pardon power' is impeachable. They didn't want a President *s8sheltering* his co-conspirators.
Nadler: Trump must not remain in power ONE MOMENT LONGER. End.
Trump made perfectly clear he ONLY cared about the *announcement* of a political investigation
In his call July 25, President did the opposite of what was in the best interest of the US.
It was Shokin who allowed Burisma investigation to go dormant.
Every single witness with knowledge that testified said Biden's son did nothing wrong.
Testifying Biden's son was not corrupt.
Yovanovitch and others also testified VP Biden followed official US policy
Calling for Shokins removal would increase chances of a Burisma investigation, which had stalled under Shokin.
Kent testified that VP Biden had called for removal of a corrupt prosecutor, where what President Trump did in his phone call was NOT an effort to remove corruption in Ukraine. No comparison. None at all.
Trump wasn't asking Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden, but Joe Biden
Even if Trump wanted an investigation to Hunter Biden, there is no basis.
Why wasn't Trump concerned about Biden's so called corruption before 2019?
Trump didn't care about corruption in Ukraine (still doesn't) until Biden got in the race in 2019! Full stop. He wanted to hurt VP Bidens candidacy and help himself.
What also happened in May 2019, on May 9th was a FOX NEWS poll showing Biden beating Trump by 10 points. It's not difficult to see why an investigation into Biden would be helpful to Trump, even the mere *announcement* of said investigation.
Trump had the motive, the opportunity and the means.
Here's what Trump said about this conspiracy theory on his July 25 call:
This is the conclusion of DNI Report:
And here's SSCI conclusions:
And here's Special Counsel Mueller's Report conclusion:
Even FBI Director Wary, in December 2019 stated there was no evidence Ukraine interfered in 2016 election:
Dr. Hill testified why it is so dangerous that Trump is promoting the false theory (who he admits Putin told him) that it was Ukraine and not Russia who interfered into 2016 election.
The theory Trump is promoting has NO validity!
Hill testified that McMaster and Bossart repeatedly informed Trump that this Ukranian theory was false.
If there's any doubt about how Putin feels about Trumps efforts to finger Ukraine, you only need to read Putins words:
Rep Garcia did a FABULOUS job!
Afternoon session begins #ImpeachmentDay
There are at least 10 other reason Trump interested in wanting Ukraine to pursue investigations:
Sondland testifies Trump only wanted Ukraine to *announce* publicly in some form
Parnas NOTES that lay out clearly object of conspiracy:
Sondland testifying an *announcement* only is what Trump wanted. Trump was asking, through Sondland, that he wanted to put Zelensky in a *public box*
Holmes testifying to phone call he overheard of Sondand talking to Trump:
Sondland tells Holmes that Trump only cares about "Big stuff; only things that benefit Trump."
Trump telling reporters he would think Ukraine would open an investigation into Biden
When asked what he intended for Zelensky to do, in his July 25th phone call, Trump tells reporters: " I would think they would open an investigation (into Bidens/2016)
Trump was using his personal lawyer to get Ukraine to investigate, to do something that completely went against our foreign policy
Vindman, Morrison and Hill testify Trumps *investigations* were not party of official US Policy
Trump not only ignored US policy and *talking points* he was given
VP Pence assistant, Williams testifies: she found July 25th call *unusual* because it implied a political matter.
Vindman's concern was that it implied a partisan political view
Vindman advised Zelensky to stay out of us domestic politics (advice consistent with US Policy)
Kent testifies: asking favors of foreign countries for help with investigating our political rivals makes it more difficult for US ambassadors to do their jobs.
Schiff point out how the minute July phone call went out, Barr said he had nothing to do with *drug deal*; wanted nothing to do with it (after Trump named Barr in call)
Morrison went to WH lawyer John Eisenberg immediately after July call, as did Vindman, because they felt call was inappropriate. Vindman reported concerns twice, Morrison numerous times
They all reported their concerns
Zelensky's top adviser informing Taylor Ukraine wanted to be taken seriously
Ukraie didn't just want to be seen as not involved in US politics, there was no benefit to Ukraine, and they didn't want to be viewed as a pawn.
EVERYONE understood that what they were being asked to performed was a pure *political errand."
There is no dispute that WH tried to bury the July 25 call record! None.
There was no public read-out of call posted to WH website. Instead, WH put out this short summary, which left out KEY issues of the call. WH read-out omitted any mention of investigations Trump wanted.
Trumps only question to Sondland after the call, the very next day, was: "So, are they going to do the investigation?" Sondland tells this to David Holmes.
Long after the July 25 call Trump continued to press Ukraine for investigations
Schiff: After all we went through with Russian interference in 2016 Trump continued to coerce a Foreign country for help with his re-election. "A remedy in which the President can cheat, is no remedy at all."
Still trying on Sept. 30, 2019
October
And again pushing out Kremlin talking point of Ukranine interference in 2016 and crowdstrike conspiracy theory
Trump and Giuliani repeatedly use the word 'corruption' as code for specific investigation Trump wanted Ukraine to persue.
This deceptive read-out of Trumps 2nd call to Zelensky says he brought up rooting out corruption in Ukraine. Vindman, who sat in on call, testified anti-corruption was NOT mentioned in call. Nor did Trump mention corruption on the July 25th call.
Evidence is clear that in the July 25th call, Trump solicited foreign interference to benefit himself. His officials reported it. WH lawyers attempted to bury the call.
Talking on how Trump abused power of office and executed his corrupt scheme
