@dianesbaker1 I'm a little confused re: the last tweet....Were you referring to something you thought I said/ meant? I hope not, as labelling categorizing anything never gave anyone peace or relief and life, pain, struggle power, privilege money, temperament oppression 1/x

@dianesbaker1 (eg, factors to infinity) cause things to be much more complex than a label. But, people who can't deal with complexity and uncertainty, absolutely reduce their anxiety by grasping at a reduced set of variables with which they then can perceive, understand and 2/x

@dianesbaker1 interpret life/reality. This is ALWAYS notably skewed, as they write themselves in as a victim (this has nothing to do with and doesn't apply to those oppressed or who have been victimized) of those hated others via the narrow set of variables they've reduced life 3/x

@dianesbaker1 down to which leads to fixation on those they blame. This is embedded in the racist misogynistic structural, institutional and cultural foundation of American life and why the majority of WM & WW blame BLACK/BROWN IMMIGRANTS LGBTQ, WOMEN etc for the absence of the life 4/x

@dianesbaker1 they believe they are/were entitled to. Though it will not improve their circumstance in the least, they then seek to dole out even more punishment on those ALREADY OPPRESSED in vengeance for long nursed resentments born of taking little, if any responsibility for 5/x

@dianesbaker1 themselves and frankly digging the hole for an unhappy life even deeper which makes them even more resentful and fixated on those they blame. The more you "Rinse and Repeat" the more vicious intense and visceral THIS fixation becomes.
THIS IS WHERE HATE COMES FROM...6/x

@dianesbaker1 but it starts with the inability to/refusal to incorporate/process complexity and uncertainty in a world in which, contrary to what they expect they are not kings and not entitled. That's a fantasy any way you slice it, but it's one the majority of WM & WW have fought to 7/x

@dianesbaker1 the death to hang on to & maintain. To them, the alternative of power sharing = ANNIHILATION and they'd rather burn the house down with you me and them in it before they share one drop that would ensure an equitable society in which all may enjoy the rights. freedoms and 8/x

@dianesbaker1 protections of the rule of law and justice such the ALL may live free from oppression ( i.e. right to liberty) and the pursuit of happiness.
If I have not said this plainly enough, please let me know 9/x
