i've decided to look up all the twitter handles between "blink 1" and "blink 182". I will post anything weird I find here.
1 through 3 are accounts with zero tweets. @blink3 is only following the twitter account for macrumors.com.
blink4 is a japanese account that has not composed a tweet since july of 2012 but did come back last year to retweet this post
5 has never posted and 6 has posted only this. guy knows how to get in and out and I respect that.
7 is this woman, who assuming she never updated her bio is 28 now. I hope she's doing well. 
"blink8" posted a few times in 2011, then went dark for six years, then retweeted some russian music videos and a post about light-up bowties in 2017.
9 has never posted anything but is apparently staunchly anti-smoking
